WARRANTY TERMS & CONDITIONS
All item/s that do not fall under these variables, after undergoing a comprehensive diagnosis by our service center, will automatically be accepted for warranty claims.
1. item/s should not have signs of tampering in any manner (i.e. traces of repair)
2. item/s should not have traces of negligence (i.e. dropped item/s)
3. item/s should not have traces of spillage (i.e. wet item/s)
PRODUCT RETURN AND REFUND
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchased item/s, and the returned item confirmed that it meets 1-5 below conditions, We will refund the purchase price. "excluding" delivery charges added when you purchased product online.
For purchased item/s paid using Money Transfer. You will be responsible for the cost of money transfer fee that will be deducted from the purchased price.
1.) The item/s should be return within 3 days of your purchase
2.) The item is in ORIGINAL packaging, with all accessories intact (including manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, tags, etc.)
3.) The item is in GOOD condition, should not fall with the following;
• Damaged boxes/seal/packaging.
4.) If the product to be returned includes freebies when purchased, these freebies should also be returned along with the product.
5.) You have proof of purchase (order number, buying invoice, delivery note, bank statement)
Defective or Damaged Products for Return, Exchanges or Refund
Damaged: Damaged upon delivery
Defective: Does not work according to manufacturer specification
Incorrect/wrong item: Not the product customer ordered (includes wrong color)
Missing items/parts: Missing items/parts as indicated in the packaging
Website error: Item does not match website specifications, description, or image, and issue is attributable to a website error/misinformation
• If the defective or damaged product includes freebies when purchased, these freebies should also be returned along with the product.
We understand that orders might need to be changed or canceled sometimes, but we are unable to do it free of charge, except in a product exchange situation. We strictly adhere to the following cancelation policy:
• If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you may be charged cancelation fee before credit is issued.
• If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please email us at email@example.com. The cancelation will have to be treated as a Return with all applicable fees.
• Orders which are REFUSED AT DELIVERY or an incorrect address, will be assessed all of the applicable fees.
